Menu Link Highlights

Ola!

I recently started a localhost site. After adding a header menu, all was well but after I select a menu option third or more from the first, every menu option changes colour to the default colour of selection.

I hope I have explained that well.

TL;DR? Links I have not click on the menu are changing colours to that of selection once I click on a different link near it.
