What do you see when you look into the menu items on APPEARANCE->MENUS
I see just the menu items. There are no numbers following
Expand one of them. Anything?
under the url I do see a number listed as #1 but there is no 3 (which is showing)
What displays in the menu should be what’s in the “label” field.
What happens if you make a new menu and assign it as the primary navigation menu?
Well, a couple of things.
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for JUST you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/ or https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ for more information.
If it turns out to be the theme, because you’re using a commercial theme, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
