I keep getting a double menu on desktop / mobile.

This resolves when clearing cache and its came up that i have mixed content issues.

Any ideas how i can resolve this?

Not sure about the double menu you describe, but you can fix your mixed content by using a search and replace tool like this:

https://interconnectit.com/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/

or using a plugin to redirect all URLs from http:// to https:// using something like this:

https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
