Menu is a No Show

OK, I registered the widget according to the instructions. Dropped the mega menu in the widget box. Configured it, but it doesnt show up. I also added the wp_enqueue_script to my functions.php and still nothing. How do I troubleshoot this? I am new to WP but have been using Joomla for years.
I am also running multisite and have the plugin installed via the Network Admn plugins area. Is is showing up in my plugins folder.
