Menu doesn't display well on ipads

    I have a problem with the menu, when i resize between 1200 px and about 800 px it appears like this:

    i tried to change different css with no success, how can i solve this?
    I need the menu to look like on mobile and tablet devices when the screen is less than 1200 px. Thank you.
