Menu Disappeared! Help

    I can’t see my menu on desktop or mobile.

    Please help

    Max Mega Menu Settings are enabled
    Menu Settings
    Display location: Header is checked

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi gidvmail,

    Please can you try disabling Max Mega Menu – once you do, does the default theme menu appear? If not, you will need to check the theme options to see if you have something enabled which is hiding the menu. When I check the page source, I see:

    <div id=”site-banner-right” class=”banner-right no-right-content“>

    .. which hints that maybe an option has been enabled in the theme to remove the content on the right hand side of your header (I assume this includes the menu). I’m not familiar with your theme, so your theme authors would be in the best position to tell you which options have been enabled/disabled to get that class to output.

    I have the menu up and running now!
