Hi @alisoniddings
I’m not really sure why is this happening. Could you please send me a link to your website where I can check out this issue to support@nextendweb.com? Please refer to this topic.
Hello!
I have a similiar problem. I installed everything and am using two different accordian menues in two different sidebars. One of them works perfect, the other always deletes itself (I can’t see any pattern for that). How can that be?
Thank you.

Hi @bentodaisuki
The whole menu gets deleted from the backend, too? Do you know some server setting that restores your database to some given date, where the second menu didn’t exist? (Our code was made that way that no delete action happens without some user action, e.g. you clicking on a delete button.)
If it is only happening in your frontend, do you have some cache plugin, or some custom code that might hide the menu?
Yes it’s just a clear widget then. Unfortunatly I don’t know any settings.

Sorry for my late reply. I observed it for a while and it seems that I figured it out. I just renamed the widget! Before it was “Asialäden”, now it’s “Asialaden”. So it seems, that it was a problem with the “ä”. Maybe you can fix that.
