Menu corruption issues unacceptable

WordPress needs some sort of error checking and protection for its menus. I often lose my menu structure when adding a menu item. This is unpredictable but may be a result of Internet connectivity breaks at the time I press save.

We really need a way to “undo” menu changes such that I could revert back to the menu without having to enter so many items all over again.
