The URL that menu option is attempting to go to is http://helenaclayton.sennett.co.uk/client-list-2__trashed/
The file name seems to indicate it’s been trashed? Maybe. Even if I remove the __trashed ending off the page doesn’t appear. What should the URL be? http://helenaclayton.sennett.co.uk/client-list/?
This page does exist so you may have to go into admin and then appearance -> menus to correct the appropriate menu link.

thats just me trying to fix it, sorry. I created a duplicate page to see if it would work. I have trashed that now and reset the menu. It should go to http://helenaclayton.sennett.co.uk/client-list but it goes to http://helenaclayton.sennett.co.uk/
I see the problem – it works sometimes and others doesn’t. I notice the drop down menu isn’t showing the items correctly either. It may be that this is the cause of the links being incorrect too.
This is the theme your site is using… http://themeforest.net/item/central-versatile-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/4798696. I’d recommend contacting them as the menu is part of that and doesn’t appear to be rendering correctly.

That’s not very good. With a premium theme I’d expect a better support response 🙁
Myself, I’m not hot enough on JavaScript drop-down menus to be able to help any further. However, if you leave this post unresolved, someone may pop along and be able to assist.
