• When I updated to the latest WordPress, my header menu background turned black. It was transparent before. Clearing the #menubar-wrapper value makes it solid black now, instead of transparent. I can change it to any other color, but I can’t clear it. None of the other background color values have this problem. Clearing them makes them transparent. It’s only the header menu that’s affected.

I have the same problem on other sites.
    I’m using the ComicPress theme.

    website is http://50th.st

Editing the HTML to “Transparent” worked, but I shouldn’t have to do that. The BG color control should be able to clear the color value like all the others. Now I can’t figure how to change the text color in that particular menu. I’ve had to change the BG color to a darker yellow to make the white text visible.

Updating to latest version solved the problem.
