    Hello,

I am not sure the issue comes from Ultimate Member, but since last week, users can log in to the site but as soon as they do, the menu bar would display as if the user wasn’t logged in. For example, the “log in” button is supposed to be visible only when the user isn’t logged in, but it’s still visible, and buttons that are supposed to show up when the user is logged in don’t.

Do you have any ideas why this happens now? Is it linked to Ultimate member or does it come from something else? Thanks for your replies.

I looked at your Registration and Login pages and you don’t have any WP Plugin caching active for the UM Pages.

The network response header for these pages are indicating a Cache Hit so a CDN or Web Hosting cache might be active.

Try to disable this caching for the UM Pages.
