You can change the Toggle Bar Background and Font Colors right in the Control Panel:

I can’t believe I missed it!!
It worked like a charm. And as always, excellent support from sevenspark 🙂
One more question (and crossing my fingers I don’t make a fool of myself again), the blue hover color on the menu item, is that changeable?
Also, when resizing the computer screen, the menu works fine. But on mobiles, clicking the menu opens it for a second, then automatically clicks the first menu item and redirects to it. (Tested on a Samsung Note 2, stock android browser. Works fine on Chrome)

Are you looking to change the current item color, or the hover color?

I actually meant both. It’s a very bright blue color that doesn’t match the colors in the website.
The website is under maintenance, I can email you the login credentials via themeforest or ubermenu’s support forum if that’s okay.
