Hi, I’m trying to activate BadgeOS v 2.2, and I kept getting a Fatal Error due to hitting the PHP memory limit. The php memory is set to 256 mb. After talking to my domain’s support team, they bumped up the memory as a test, and now I’m receiving a 500 error instead.

Any suggestions on how I can get this installed?

    Thanks

    Hi @tgvail

We have double-checked the plugin and found it is working fine. Please elaborate the issue a bit more.

    • What other plugin/add-on you are using with BadgeOS?
    • The version of PHP and WordPress on your server?

    Thanks

This is what I’m showing right now:

WordPress 5.1.1 running Boss. Child Theme theme.

    Running PHP version: 7.1.14

I really have nothing else on it right now, it’s a clean install to run learndash with Social Learner

    Hi @tgvail

can you please share the error log with us? as we are unable to reproduce the issue on our server.

Also, We have just released a new version of the plugin which has fixed the BadgeOS user capabilities issues. Please update the plugin to the latest version. If you still see the error then please provide us the error log so that we can reproduce the issue on our end and come up with a solution.

    Thanks
