    Is there a plugin available that not only handles woocommerce login / payment profiles but also creates a way for the users to access the blogs / forums on the website and leave comments, post things as well as make a public profile with our website requirements. It will almost be like a forum community for users to purchase the website merchandise make donations and post on the forum and customize a public profile for the other users to view.

    Sounds like BuddyPress to me, or perhaps BuddyPress plus bbPress combo.

    BuddyPress: https://buddypress.org/ (login, public profiles, status updates, private walls, groups, etc — a mini social network).

    bbPress: https://bbpress.org/ (same plugin that powers THIS WordPress support forum)

    Members (with the right permission) can always post to the blog without the need for any plugin. If you want each member to have an INDEPENDENT blog under the site’s domain, then you need to activate WordPress Network feature.
