Membership profiles

I have 3 questions/issues I’m trying to work through. I have both Woocommerce memberships and subscriptions active on my site.
1. I’ve added profile fields set as editable by admins and members to show up on the registration page, but I don’t see them at checkout when creating an account or on the default “my account page” after the purchase is complete. Where are these supposed to show?
2. Once an account is made, where do they go to edit their profile? I don’t see it as a menu option on the my account page. I would like for them to be rerouted to finishing their profile after purchase.
3. Our organization allow businesses to pay for memberships for the company, meaning all employees can have access. Is there a way that we can set a code for a company or that new members can be added based on their business email?
