Membership not renewing

    Hi, thanks for the plugin. This is the second year of using WP-Members and I have created a new Membership Level and added to all the necessary pages. We are using paypal as our payment gateway and I have record of both new members and renewing members payments, so that is working. What I have noticed is that some renewing members are not getting updated in the Members Database, for example: I can verify that yes in fact they have renewed and the payment was received but when checking their membership profile it shows last years membership level and account status expired. I have tried all the obvious links, pages associated with membership. I have purged caches, checked updates, etc. I have not added any new plugins in the year since building this site. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I thank you for your hardwork.

    Glad to hear you like the plugin – and thanks for being a premium support subscriber.

    One important thing is to use the support site – since you’re a subscriber to support. When you’re logged into the site and use the support form, it will be logged and will get to me right away.

    I think that you already did this because I recall this question coming through the premium support form, but just want to be sure.
