Membership Level change

Hi, I need a way to change members “Membership Levels” as a admin without them becoming free.

I have two different Levels which are

• Individual Member – (Awaiting Approval)
• Individual Member

Once we receive their check or cash we simply change their membership Level from “Individual Member – (Awaiting Approval)” to “Individual Member”.
