Members Sync

Hey Jeff,

I am hosting a Multisite Network with Members Plugin.
I would like to sync all the users that are on my main site to all my sub-sites. As well as their roles. I do know how to sync the users across but only with ONE role. Your Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/members-multisite-user-roles-sync/ allows me to sync the roles across my Network but only once an Administrator does a change to that user. I would like that to take place automatically though.
I was just wondering if you knew one way or another to fix that issue.
