There are following work arounds:
- Members can disconnect/re-connect to gain roles.
- Inside admin->pmpro->members table you will see “RUN API” button under members who are connected via discord.
May I know how many members are in your website who are connected via discord?
We did both of those. Still no luck. None of my legends or annual legends/elites are able to connect anymore.
members should see disconnect button in their profile.
They did that and reconnected still wont let them in.
@neo2020 Hmm seems like api calls are being blocked, when this started to happening? One case we know where WordFence or other security plugin stopping api calls, do you see pending actions at this link in your admin?
