Members Directory empty when connected

    Hello everyone,

    I have a strange problem.

    I created a page to list UltimateMembers that works fine. But if I log in as a Member through the login form and I want to have a list of all the Members, then the page is empty and says “We’re sorry. We can’t find a user that meets your search criteria.”

    Any ideas?

    Hi @kameleon1er

    Can you please check that the user role you are viewing the directory with has permission to view other user profiles by editing this user role via UM and checking this setting of viewing other profiles.

    Please go to Ultimate Member -> User Roles-> your users role -> Edit->Profile Access -> Can view other member profile, inside your dashboard and check if this is enabled.
