Did you create it by using the WP admin? If so.. please go to Sync tab and click “Start Sync Now” Button.
If you have used this form http://www.2geniusworld.com/sign-up/ then please click on the Users Ultra Dashboard and check if the user is either Pending Activation or Pending Moderation.

I’m glad to hear the everything has been resolved now. Thank you very much for updating the review. We know that Users Ultra is not perfect :). For that reason we try to fix this kind of issues as fast as we can. Usually, within hours or minutes.
There thousands of WP themes and it’s really hard to make a plugin compatible with all of them. :). So.. trying to fix the issues ASAP is all what we can do.
