members completing registration page

    I just need someone to explain to me the basics about new members signing up. Someone else created the ‘sign up’ page on our club website and we have new people asking to be members but I can’t see that they have filled out the membership form with address, email etc. The email request comes to me but so I don’t know if we have to edit the membership form or not. Are these people thinking that they are ‘following’ our webiste? Is that even possible? They can’t be a member on our ‘member’s only’ page unless they pay the membership fee of $20. There is something I am not understanding here.

    Hi @debbiefromdelburne

    1. You can view the submitted data of users via WP Admin > Users > hover on a user > see "Info". You can also view and edit the user info via Profile Form in /user page. To add the fields to the Profile form, you can use the UM Form builder. Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Edit a Profile Form. When you add a field, you will see the existing fields in the “Custom fields” section. It will show you the fields added from the Register form.

    2. For the membership fee, you will need another plugin to handle this. You can use WooCommerce + Wocommerce Subscription. We have a UM + Woo extension to handle the role changes on subscription.
