Members are subscribing from Poland and I am not able to review before they have access to the site. This is a site that has kids’ information on it and must be secure. If I can’t fix this, I will have to ditch Ultimate Member.

I have reviewed settings and documentation. I’m sure I’m doing something stupid, but I need help ASAP or I’ll need to shut down the site. Any help would be appreciated.

I have had the same two people subscribe to my site. However I appeared to still need to approve them before they had access to the site (using the approve user plugin) and I simply deleted them both

Have you turned on admin review for registrations by editing the user roles?

I have installed the “WP Approve User” plugin which appears to mean that a user has to be approved before they can do anything after they have registered.

We already have this feature in UM. You just need to turn on admin review for the user role.

Make sure the default role your new user gets has activated the setting for admin verification required. Missed that one at first.
