• I have installed this program and recently after about 2 weeks of good use the member page just stopped loading. It was working great before. I was worried it was a plug in conflict but i have shut down everything and it had no effect.

I was then told on another site it could be a java issue and I needed to put a code into the custom css. This didn’t work.

    The website is http://www.Classicrideapp.com
The them is Highend from HB
Page does not populate across all browsers and Mobil

This program was going to be kind of a cornerstone of the site so I need to know why It stopped working. Thanks!

  • Did you really do a theme conflict test?

Also, by the look your page code, you are using minimization. If you have some optimization plugin to minimize css and js files, take it off. If you have some Cache plugin delete all caches. That in itself can be related to your problem. Also I’d recommend you disable other plugins. This still may be a plugin conflict.

How does one test for a theme conflict?

I was going on the fact that the plugin worked great for 2-3 weeks then stopped working out of the blue. I tried shutting off the plug-in’s and dumping the cache but it didn’t fix the problem. Thanks for your help!

Very helpful. But in the end I just reinstalled the plugin and it is now working. Issue resolved. Thank you for your help.

If you reinstalled “UM”, then it is the same as a complete flush, similar to clearing your cache, only this time you cleared specific plugin data.

I’m glad that your issue is finally resolved.

    Regards,
