Member login and password reset issues

Hello, I help update various parts of the website: http://washingtoncourtreporters.org/
I did not design or originally set-up. This site has paid memberships and only members can access certain parts of the site. The site is using WishList Member and Gravity Forms. Recently, regular members (Subscribers) are not being able to log onto the website and some that try to reset passwords on the site – when click on the link in email, the website tells me the link has expired.
