Member Directory not showing

    Hi

    I am having issues with member directories. I have setup one that shows fine for myself (admin user) but anyone not with admin user role the page shows but when it tries to load the directory, I see the spinning wheel and then nothing shows, the page is blank.

    Its not the page access right as the page where the directory is added to shows fine just the directory wont show.

    I have checked the role settings for the role the users are part of and they are all setup correctly i.e. can view other users profiles

    Can someone help me here please I am fully my hair out with this.

    Hi @andrewkew,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hi @champsupertramp

    Thanks for the suggestion. I am going to try that out on a test version of my site.
    Just running a backup and setting it up then will come back to you if I find there is a plugin/theme issue and what the issue is

    Did you find a resolution to this? I have kind of same problem. Mine is shown on main site in multisite, but not on any of the sub directories.

    Sorry no still no luck, just got my test site setup so am going to start investigating this now.

    Seems we had an outstanding upgrade for the Ultimate Member plugin. After performing the upgrade our page has started working.

    Sorry that probably doesnt help you much, but make sure you have your plugins up to date and see if that helps.

    I have the same problem… I am running UM in a multisite WP. it is really frustrating, I fixed the profile page not showing anything yesterday, and today the directory is not showing any members.
