Member Directory Combined Filter

Hello,
I have created two custom fields that show on a users profile. For example the fields meta_keys are county and county_1. From the member directory i would like for a user to be able to select County and it list all of the meta_data from both county and county_1. Is this possible to do?

Other option if this is not possible is it possible to have multiple sets of meta_data under one key name so that i could have two separate fields but store the data with the same key?
