Member can’t add media

    When admins use ‘submit post’ they have the button to ‘add media’ in the text. Regular logged in users don’t have these buttons. What do i need to change so that all logged-in users can add media in the post?

    WordPress RTE/Visual Editor displays the “Add Media” button only for users with sufficient capabilities. As explained here, only Authors, Editors, and Admins can use the “Add Media” button. It’s a security feature, provided by WordPress core.
