Member Approval not working

I have a huge issue with this plugin,

I have set it up correctly so that the customer fills out a form and gets placed on a “pending review” once I press “Approve” their status changes to “Approved” but wordpress is still telling me that they are in a “pending review” state and the user is unable to login. I need this fixed ASAP.
