• This page has had the menu for some time without an issue. However it appears in the browsers that I have cheked this in that the menu links are not active. Hopefully its not something obvious I have missed as I hadn’t really done anything to this menu for some time.

    I have clear the cache, disabled all the plugins, cleared the cache in megamenu as well as in Autoptimze plugin, I have changed the z-index to 99900 having read the recent post about the conflict with siteorigin plugin, which I a using, but to no avail.

    Any insight would be most helpful. Many thanks.

    Hi,

    Please try the following custom CSS:

    .onepress-menu ul#mega-menu-primary { z-index: 1; position: relative; }

    Regards,
    Tom

    Thats great. Works a treat. Is there a reason that this has started occurring after functioning without custom CSS for years. Has there been any recent change at all?

    Thanks for the prompt solution. Much appreciated.

    Hi Anthony,

    Glad to hear that’s working. As far as I remember, a similar fix has always been needed for onepress (heres an old topic with the same issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/megamenu-not-triggerring-links/) so I think you may have just been lucky that the fix hasn’t been needed until now (I can’t explain why that would be, I’m not too familiar with your theme).

    Regards,
    Tom

    Thanks Tom,

    It could have been a recent update to the theme thats caused this. Thats the only recent change there has been. Hope that helps clarify things a bit. Best wishes and thanks again.
