Hi! I just installed Max Mega Menu and I love it. Fully Customizable should be its name :).
However, I cannot make it work in the footer. My theme has 4 footer widget area and I tried to add Mega Menu to the first one. I get to see the name I give to the menu, but then I do not see any links. Do you think you have any tips for me?
I am using a free theme, since I do not do much coding but I think it’s not something with the theme itself.

Thank you so much in advance!

    Hi javier,

Are you using this method to add a widget?

The “Custom Menu” widget will not work with MMM, you need to use the dedicated Max Mega Menu widget for it to work properly.

hello Tom! Yes, I followed those steps. Then I tried, in the step 3, to add it to footer. But then I can’t see what the menu was set to show.
Finally, I found that it was due to the checkboxes in the menu section choosing which locations menu should show up. I forgot about it and it was also quite hidden for me(maybe my browser’s theme, I don’t know).

Thank you a lot for your instructions, they helped me double check each step.
