Media Widgets

Hello,

I am about to start working on another word press site. This sites is going to to media heavy. Lots of videos, audio clips, etc.

Can someone please advise me on a great widget to use. One that loads extremely fast, and will be able to handle this high volume of media. ALso very user friendly.
