Media search slowly

    about some month ago, I have updated my wordpress version from 4.4 till 4.7 and then I have seen that media search gets slowly, about month I have search solution think maybe it’s database problem or something else . . .

    And then I installed 4.4 version and 4.7 version in my localhost, and I have seen that wordpress 4.7 media search is slowly than wp 4.4

    In my database there are around 150 000 post attachments

    How can I solve the problem ???

    Can anyone help with this problem ???
