Media Library titles

    Is there some action hook or method I can use to alter the way WordPress creates a title
    for uploads in the Media Library?

    I have client who is numbering their images(01-brand.jpg, 02-brand.jpg, 03-brand.jpg)
    for bulk upload and their numbering syntax is being lost when the Title is created.
