Media Library issue after migration

Migrated a stand-alone WP to multisite install.

replaced (backtick)wp_ with (backtick)wp_11_ & wp_content/uploads with wp_content/uploads/sites/11 in database before importing to multisite DB.

For some reason when I go into media library and edit an image it shows the URL with double sites/11 ( wp-content/uploads/sites/11/sites/11/2016/05/image.jpg )

I have used this procedure before to migrate other sites without issue. I went back and searched the DB for site/11/site/11 and find nothing. I even went through the process from scratch a second time and get the same results.

Can anyone provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue? Thanks
