Media / Images popup

Hi,
I have added images using the ‘add media’ to a page, selected small, and want users to click the image and it popup in a larger image.
I can only get it to open up the image itself and users need to click back. Is there any easy way of doing this in wordpress? Any plugins? I want to add them normaly – I don’t want to use a gallery and add a shortcode for each image.
