Media Gallery Reordering Broken/Incomplete

This “bug” has apparently been present for years. WordPress allows you to reorder images within a Gallery, but that order is not reflected in the Prev and Next navigation on the attachment pages. This can lead to a very confusing user experience.

My suggestion would be either to do the Gallery reorder feature right, or drop it all together.
