Media Gallery by Author

I am trying to find a Media or Image gallery plugin where you can organize uploads by author automatically. So when a user who is an author creates a post and uploads media for that post, the uploaded media automatically goes to their specific media folder.

Additionally, If there were permissions on the media folders it would be great so authors would be restricted to their folders and some shared folder.

I came across this old one which sounds similar.
