Are you receiving any error messages?
Is the folder tree failing to load?
Have you tried do a reset of the folder data? This is accomplished by deactivating Media Library Folders, activating Media Library Folders Reset, choose the Reset Folder Data menu option and start the reset. After a few seconds, the process will complete and you can reactivate Media Library Folders which will do a fresh scan of your folder data.
Only do the reset once. If the folder tree does not display, then there is likely another issue.

Yes, I followed the processes, such as clearing cache, deactivating Media Library Folders, activating Media Library Folders Reset and resetting, and then back to Media Library Folders.
I can’t find where to attach screenshots to show. The 717 files were in 14 different folders. Those disappeared. The files now only show in “the”All files”.
So it must be another issue. What?
Let’s see how your site is configured. Please go to the Media Library Folders Support page on your site, to the System Info tab. There, highlight, copy and paste the information about your site and paste it into an email and send it to support at maxfoundry.

It is weird that after creating 120+ pages where the library with folders worked perfectly, suddenly the folders were gone.
