Media button not working.

    Hey guys,

    I have a problem with the media button not working. I’ve been going through all my plugins 1 by 1 and Jetpack was the problem. I deactivated and activated again (even did a whole new install), cleared my cache and everything. I also tried the wp-config.php fix I’ve saw online. But that didn’t worked either.

    Anyone knows how to fix this?

    Hi there!

    Which media button exactly are you referring to? Have you tried disabling all the plugins leaving only Jetpack active? Did the issue persist?
    What is the URL of your site?

    Hi,

    sorry, I meant the media button in the create new post page. But I can’t believe I didn’t think of only leaving Jetpack active smh. After checking it out, Jetpack wasn’t the problem, but it was another plugin that clashed with Jetpack. But I guess since the latest Jetpack update, the other plugin (Who Amung Us, which is super outdated but it was always working fine without problems) won’t work together with Jetpack. Well, both plugin still works and fuction, but the media button will not work in return. So I guess I have to delete the other plugin, sadly.

    Ah, thanks for letting me know!
    Try reaching out to the other plugin developers. You mentioned it has not been updated for a long time but maybe they can have a look and fix the underlying issue 🙂
