Mbile API not generating access token

    When I enter in my info in the mobile API and click generate token the progress wheel spins for a sec and then white area below where the token should be expands a little but stays white. Below is an image of right after I clicked the generate token.

    Thank you for writing in,

    Are you using the Facebook user email and the password? Sometimes we find some users using the wp-login details to generate the Access token.

    Please use the Facebook User email and the password to generate the Access Token make sure that your Facebook account does not have security settings like mobile or email verification during new logins.

    I am using the facebook username and password. Is there something that is supposed to show up if there is an error in authentication? All I’m getting is a blank white chunk.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in,

    Maybe you have done the Facebook security settings for login so that you are not getting any codes. Please check your Facebook settings then try to login via a plugin.
