Maximum credits exceeded – sendgrid

    Hi
    I am using the third party option in the plugin setting and keep getting an error message when testing:
    “Error Sending Message SMTP works with MailPoet to ….@me.com (my email address) | Maximum credits exceeded”
    I am using Sendgrid.
    It looks to me that I have everything correct entered but obviously, I am missing something!
    I am not sure why this is displaying.
    This is a client’s website. We have the free plan (up to 12,000) and he has about 9,000.
    Anyone has had this issue before?

    Hi,

    This means that you have run out of SendGrid credits. Can you log into your SendGrid account and see if there are any notifications?

    Otherwise, you’ll need to contact SendGrid directly.
