MaxCDN breaks render-blocking JavaScript above-the-fold con

    I had installed W3TC and was able to minify and move the javascripts to prevent render blocking as suggested by google page insights. When I enabled MaxCDN this feature stopped working, I have confirmed the urls are correct. Is this an known issue. Seems the two are working against each other.
