Max Items in RSS Widget

    I have an RSS Widget in the Content Sidebar of a static front page at:

    http://www.americanlinguistics.org/

    This takes an RSS feed from a journal which publishes the table of contents of the last issue in print. I would like the RSS widget to display a static list of the full contents, but I can only get max. 10 items in the list, no matter what I set the options to in the widget control panel. I need more to get the full ToC of the journal. I’ve tried a couple of other off-the-shelf plug-ins, but they have the same limitation.

    It seems to have to do with the Google Blog Search RSS feed and the way it interacts with WP, but the fix described here seems to reference older versions of the WP dashboard.

    Does anybody have a fix for this problem?
