Max emails per hour

    Hello,

    I have an email that is sent automatically when a new blog post is published but I have over 800 subscribers now and the webhost (fatcow.com) temporarily disabled the site saying this is too many emails per hour and must be spam. Is there a way to control how many emails are sent per hour?

    I see the cron job option but it appears that it only works when you manually send emails.

    Can you assist me?

    Hi,

    Are you sending emails via cron? If yes, then can you please check if ‘Mail Count’ option (under WordPress->Email Subscribers->Cron Mail) is set to more than 800 or not?

    On the otherhand, if you are not sending mails via cron, then could you please have a check with your Host Provider and ask them to increase Maximum Hourly Email Limit value and then have a check with the same functionality and do let us know your views on the same.
