    Hi,
    We are currently using Matomo on our website, and everything works like a charm.
    But when we enable and configure Complianz i have no traffic registered anymore.

    We are using Matomo WordPress Plugin. We disabled the tracking code integration in the plugin and set the complianz wizard with the following config :

    • Statistics : Yes, with Matomo
    • Cookieless tracking : Yes
    • Let Complianz adding Matomo : Yes
    • URL and ID set

    Do you have an explanation for this loss of traffic data ?

    Hello @modjo38,

    If no data is tracked at all when you fire the script with Complianz, this might be because an incorrect “URL of Matomo” or “Matomo Site ID” had been entered during the Wizard step “Statistics – configuration”.

    If you provide an URL to your site, that would allow me to check if any related errors appear.
