I believe any kind of product fiels / product add ons that allows you to set images as selection can do this.

I also really like the process, can you say how can I do it? do you have a particular plugin?

You need something with conditional logic (If A is selected, show B) and something that can use images as form fields.
I would probably try Gravity Forms + WooCommerce Gravity Forms.
