matching my wordpress to my layout

im trying to get my wordpress to match my layout (this is my site http://iamhollywood.org) kind of like this site http://ivorylines.org/b2 and i cant figure it out i added a loop in my index.php and i dont know if i added it in the right spot and i changed another file from true to false. please if someone could help me out i would really appreciate it, thanks 🙂
