MasterSlider plugin not working

Hi,

Thank you for providing such a wonderful plugin for free!

I have been using this plugin since a while now and this time it is not working properly.
You can see in the link posted above, the section just keeps on loading and does not load the images.

Seems like the issue has occurred since WordPress got updated to version 5.0.3.

Please help with this issue.

P.S. The same issue is with all the other pages that has this plugin. Below I have posted few more links for reference:

Hi again,

There is no error on your website and Master Slider works well!

I guess the problem is caused by a plugin for optimizing images, or lazy loading plugins. Do you have Jetpack plugin?

You can go to its settings and OFF the image optimization options.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your help.

I was using a3 Lazy Load plugin. I deactivated that plugin and it worked.

The issue has been solved but is there a way that I can still use the lazy load plugin and the images also show up?

Hi again,

This is not caused only by Master Slider, so to fix it, they need to have some improvements.
For now, I recommend you disable Lazyloading plugin on the pages which includes Master Slider.
To disable plugins selectively on specific pages, you can use this plugin:

I accidently updated to WP 5.1 and now it seems that Master Slider is causing 500 errors. I can’t figure out why or how to fix other than remove the slider from the page. Any insight would be apprecaited!

Hi spleff211,

As suggested by Averta support, try disabling any lazy loading plugin, if you have.

Mine works this way. Hope it works for you too!
