Hi, I have just started to install Masteriyo LMS on my website for elearning. Unfortunately when I tried to import the theme it partially imported and you can view the website to see what I mean http://www.tamakkon.com it did not import the theme as it is shown in the demo (in full with the image of the lady and the child and the menu). I do not know what to do.

    Please help. Thanks.

    Hi @abcman,

Thank you for installing Masteriyo LMS and for sharing the details with us.

From your message, it seems that the demo template was not fully imported. This can happen when the import process stops in the middle or when the server has limited resources. Because of this, some parts of the demo, such as images, menus, and layout, may not appear correctly.

To fix this, please try the steps below.

    • First, please make sure all required plugins for the demo template are installed and active.
    • Next, please import the demo template again and wait until the process is fully completed.
    • Then, please check your server settings, such as memory and time limits, because low server resources can stop the import process.
    • If you are using any cache on your site, please clear it and check again.

Note: We also checked your site and the demo appears to be imported. If you are still facing the issue, please try the steps above.

If the issue continues, we suggest contacting your hosting provider and asking them to increase the server limits.

    Best regards,
